My own Muscle Power program.

Works with Fortius Catalyst and Cosmos.


The MuscelPower_1.pgmf program is relatively easy; the MuscelPower_2.pgmf is “a bit” harder.


Start with 100 rpm, change to 80 rpm at the first 5 intervals - change to 70 rpm at the next 5 intervals and finish with 60 rpm at the last 5 intervals. Spin at 100 rpm between the intervals.

Use a smooth pedal stroke(learning to pedal a complete 360-degree circle with both legs working together, will make you a better rider).

The best result is when your hearth rate is over 90% of your max. hearth rate in the last 10 sec. of each interval(max. power).


You will feel the workout after a few hours……… ;-)
