Newbie Q - good RLV to try as a first one #71

Have had a Bushido for some time, but used TrainerRoad and Sufferfest and never really looked much at TTS.

Have got it all setup now and would like to try an RLV, see if enjoy that as another way of training. Any recommendations for 1 or 2 good ones to try out? I know my FTP (229) and have it loaded already, and I enjoy a climb or two as well as some nice scenery. Was thinking maybe a 45 minute one as a starter, and maybe a longer one (1:30 to 2hrs) if I find I like it.

Figured it better to ask rather than downloading a ton of RLVs and trashing the bandwidth in the hope of picking a good one

Thanks for any tips.

Hi walkerr

Welcome to my site - I am sure you will find a lot of good routes here.

One of the most downloaded RLV is recorded with a bike mountet cam - a 33km route along Mariager Fjord:

Have fun!

Awesome thanks.

I also just ordered a couple of paid ones from Jaap Wagenvoort. Like to support indie guys doing good things, and his seem to get very nice reviews for a reasonable price.

Looking forward to trying these.
